As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Gadgets Reborn. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Gadgets Reborn, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Return Policy.

You can return a product if:

– The product delivered is incorrect (not opened and still includes all original packaging)
– A damaged or flawed product compared to the product listed on our website

You can still return a product for a change of mind reason for a period of 07 days from the moment you received your product and we will guarantee a refund in that case, shall the product not be damaged or tampered in any condition and in their original packaging.

If the packaging has been opened and the product is not defective, unused, and has no visible scratches or marks, we will deduct a fee of 30% while making the exchange / refund.


We pride ourselves at serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment, then you will be refunded via the original mode of payment once our team confirms your request. If you have paid using cash on delivery, a refund through bank account will be conducted.

We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Gadgets Reborn is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.


Gadgets Reborn is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Warranty Policy for Re-touch & Re-furbished Mobile phones 

This Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty provided by Intime Smart Device Repair Upgrade LLC  (“we”, “us”, “our”) for Re-Touched & Re-furbished mobile phones purchased from website Gadgets reborn under vendor “ Intime Smart “ . This Policy covers all mobile phones sold by us and is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

  1. Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in material and workmanship of the used mobile phone that result in it not functioning as intended. This includes defects in the hardware and software of the device, including the battery and charging port.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by the user, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental drops or impact
  • Water damage
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity
  • Damage caused by improper use or storage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  1. Duration

This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered within this period, we will repair or replace the device at no cost to the customer.

  1. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service, the customer must follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team by email –  to report the issue and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Ship the device to us, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase.
  • We will inspect the device and determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If it is, we will repair or replace the device and ship it back to the customer at no cost.
  1. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by the user, as outlined in Section 1
  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches or scuffs on the device
  • Issues with third-party apps or software not installed by us
  • Damage caused by improper use or storage of the device
  • Devices that have been opened or repaired by someone other than our authorized technicians
  • Devices that have been modified or rooted
  • Loss or theft of the device
  1. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the device, at our discretion. We are not liable for any other damages, including but not limited to lost profits or data, or any incidental or consequential damages.

This Policy is governed by the laws of UAE and any disputes arising from it will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
